About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Leader in Training to join our Lorna Jane team. As a Retail Leader in Training, you will play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction while developing your leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Leader in executing strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives
  • Participate in visual merchandising initiatives to maximize store performance
  • Assist in managing stock control processes and ensuring seamless replenishment
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer conversion
  • Contribute to business initiatives such as store promotions, product launches, and customer attraction strategies
  • Support the development of team members to improve individual and store performance
  • Communicate daily store goals, promotional activities, and operational changes to the team
  • Take ownership of the 'Daily Planner' to ensure smooth store operations
  • Lead by example in managing e-learning completion and team engagement with learning resources
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and upsell Lorna Jane products with confidence and style
  • Engage with customers to create meaningful relationships and contribute to the growth of the store's customer base
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-centric environment
  • Exceptional sales ability and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a focus on clarity and intention
  • Drive to be results-oriented and exceed business targets
  • Solution-focused approach with adaptability to change
