Job Description

As a senior strategic role, the Executive Business Partner works hand-in-hand with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to maximise their impact, ensure focus on the highest priorities, and enable the business to scale effectively.

The role provides operational leverage, drives alignment across the organisation, and ensures execution of strategic initiatives. This involves working closely with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that enhance execution and scale.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years' experience in executive support, Chief of Staff, or strategic operations
  • Proven ability to partner with C-level executives in high-growth or complex environments
  • Strong business and financial acumen; comfortable interpreting data and reports
  • End-to-end project and program management capability
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High EQ, discretion, and problem-solving mindset
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools
