Job Description
The Senior Financial Accountant will play a crucial role in leading external reporting, tax compliance, and the annual audit, ensuring compliance with relevant IFRS requirements. Strong leadership experience is critical in developing junior team members and overseeing accounts payable, receivable, and month-end processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
  • A strong background in accounting, preferably with CA or CPA qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare sector or service-based industry.
  • Experience with large ERP systems, including MYOB Advanced (Acumatica).
  • Proven ability to lead statutory financial reporting and external audit.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and financial software applications.
