About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Christmas Casuals. As proud brand ambassadors, you will provide exceptional and memorable service to customers while supporting our sales teams during peak trading periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized customer service in a team environment
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation including cleaning and maintaining jewellery displays, stockrooms, and stores
  • Support other team members with ad-hoc duties as needed
  • Develop knowledge of artisanal craftsmanship and offer guidance to customers where appropriate

About You:
  • Experience working in retail environments ideally as Retail Sales Assistants
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable manners when greeting and connecting with customers
