Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. Z O.o. in a 12-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving claiming practices through data-driven insights.
  • Implement initiatives within analytics platforms, including the Crack Down on Fraud program of work.
  • Conduct extensive data analysis, applying analytical and statistical techniques to highlight actionable insights.
  • Maintain knowledge of business areas, including business context, goals, and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data governance and coding standards.
  • Prepare high-quality written materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and develop less experienced team members.
Requirements:
  • Strong programming experience, with high-level competency in programming languages, including SAS, SQL, and Python.
  • Development, optimization, and maintenance of analytical code, with awareness of cost implications to cloud environments.
  • Experience working in industrialized cloud Data Lake and/or EDW environments, including ability to read and interpret data models and specifications.
  • Experience in data manipulation and analysis, including statistical, data science, and machine learning techniques.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Previous experience in fraud analytics.
  • Data governance in a cloud environment.
  • Experience with the SAS Viya platform.
  • Understanding of NDIS legislation, rules, and operational guidelines.
