Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations and lead a team of professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic hospitality company and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of housekeeping, including staff supervision, recruitment, training, and development.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and housekeeping equipment to ensure high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Maintenance, Front Office, and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless operations and high service standards.
  • Evaluate employee performance, provide coaching, and recommend promotions to maintain a motivated and productive team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
