We are seeking charismatic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Christmas Helpers. As a Christmas Helper, you will play a vital role in making our customers' Christmas season sparkle. Whether it's decorating a Christmas tree, creating a welcoming atmosphere, or setting a festive table, you will help our customers add a joyful touch to every corner of their home.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a love for beautiful homewares, and are eager to work in a fast-paced environment. As a successful Christmas Helper, you will:

  • Have a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Bring high positive energy, confidence, and a can-do approach to team goals
  • Provide seamless point-of-sale service that is engaging and efficient
  • Assist with operational tasks as required, such as unpacking and replenishing stock, and be involved in visual merchandising to keep our stores looking their best
  • Have great availability to work during peak trading times, including evenings and weekends

Candidates with extensive availability over the Christmas period and the ability to work during peak trading times will be given preference.
