The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement battle management software solutions tailored to land domain operations. They will work closely with stakeholders, defence personnel, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
The role involves conducting system integration, testing, and validation to ensure software reliability in mission-critical environments. Secure coding practices must be applied to meet defence industry security standards and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong experience software engineering for battle management systems (BMS) within the land domain and Defence, government, or professional services.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications and a strong background in software development using languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Knowledge of real-time software development and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Defence-specific systems, protocols, and architectures.
- Experience with secure software development methodologies in defence environments.
