Equipment Hire Expert

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Hire Expert to join our team.

About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment hire services. This includes instructing customers on safe equipment use, performing pickups and deliveries, and maintaining high standards of equipment quality through regular servicing and minor repairs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on equipment use and maintenance
  • Conducting thorough inspections of equipment before and after use
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities
