Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead multi-disciplined crews across Fuel Terminals and refining operations in Perth. As a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering maintenance and capital improvement programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality standards.

  • Provide supervision for blue collar crews across Field Maintenance, Capital upgrades or one-off Maintenance projects.
  • Scheduling upcoming resources and tooling requirements through close contact with Superintendent & Maintenance Planner.
  • Provide information to the Superintendent & Maintenance Planner on the status of works.
  • Maintain and promote a safe working environment.
  • Serve as the team's representative in client interactions.
  • Track performance of maintenance key metrics and take action to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the team is adhering to the agreed schedule, budget, quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • A Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Boiler Maker.
  • 8+ Years exposure working across Fuel Terminals, Oil & Gas, Petro-chemical or similar environments.
  • Sound knowledge of working under maintenance procedures and requirements.
  • Efficient use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems as well a general level of computer literacy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication capability.
