About this Role

  • This is a Store Team Member opportunity to work in the Proactive Services team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring trolleys are available for use and maintaining a clean store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys bays, and team room, and emptying bins on a daily basis.
  • Collections trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Provide assistance to customers by answering questions or providing directions.
Requirements:
  • A strong ambition mindset and enthusiasm for retail to grow your career.
  • Physical fitness is essential as tasks involve physically demanding activities.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in various environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
