A rewarding career opportunity exists for a Support Worker to deliver person-centred care and support in the comfort of our clients' own homes.
The role of Personal Care Assistant involves providing daily living and lifestyle support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and administering medication reminders.
- Provide domestic assistance including light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation services.
- Offer social support and transportation services, including accompanying clients to medical appointments, shopping and social events.

Requirements:
