Christmas Casual Opportunities

JB Hi-Fi is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our teams at various stores. As a Christmas Casual, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service across multiple areas of the store.
  • Assist with merchandising products on the sales floor to enhance the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience.
  • Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

You will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and games. You should be customer-focused, results-driven, and able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Qualifications:
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and highly engaged.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift up to 20kg regularly and move stock efficiently.
