Job Overview

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a senior policy professional to lead the development and delivery of high-quality policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating policy activities, ensuring that drafting, consultation, and approval processes are completed within agreed timelines. They will also undertake benchmarking and research to embed best practice and innovation in policy design, while maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience at a senior level in organisational policy development
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills to deliver outcomes on time
  • Experience working in large, complex environments will be highly regarded
