Job Description

Staff4Me is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and web.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative and visually striking designs for advertisements, marketing campaigns, and other communication materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and target audience.
  • Provide art direction and guidance to junior designers to ensure quality and consistency in design projects.
  • Conduct thorough research and stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare and present design proposals and concepts to clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all design assets are properly documented, organized, and archived.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated ability to create impactful and visually appealing designs.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to provide art direction and guidance to junior designers.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
