As a Family and Youth Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering services that promote healthy relationships, self-esteem, and life skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver family and youth services programs, including case management, group work, and individual support
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement action plans and outcome star plans for clients
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including service providers, community organizations, and government agencies
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in family and youth services

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum qualification in social work, youth work, or a related field, as well as a current driver's license. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of trauma-informed models of care and strength-based models of intervention.
