We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join our team as a Permanent Educator for our After School Care and School Holiday Programs in Bendigo. As an Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Facilitating engaging Before and After School Care sessions and School Holiday programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
- Working collaboratively with the OSHC team and Coordinator to deliver high-quality programs
- Ace Cqa-approved qualification or willingness to obtain
- First Aid in Education & Care Setting certificate or equivalent
- Victorian Working with Children's Check - employee check
- Split shift allowance for working both before and after school in the same day
- Dual staffing policy ensuring you work alongside a Coordinator or another Educator
- Free access to gyms, recreation, and aquatics centers across the state
- Discounts for children to attend Y Victoria OSHC services or Early Learning centers
