We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Contractor. As a key member of our community services team, you will provide high-quality support to clients with disabilities in their homes and communities.

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients with disabilities in their homes and communities
• Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients' goals and outcomes
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and develop strategies for improvement
• Provide education and training to clients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies

• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Experience in facilitating meaningful outcomes for clients and families
• Passion for working with people with disabilities and experience in the disability sector
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hold/eligibility for an Australian driver's licence, Working With Childrens check, and satisfactory police check
