Job Description

The Field Service Technician is responsible for carrying out maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment, ensuring excellent customer service.

This role plays an integral part in ensuring high levels of safety, quality and efficiency are given to the Service Department. Key responsibilities include machine diagnostics and repairs, testing and adjusting of machine operation and monitoring systems using relevant literature and testing equipment.

Additionally, work involves coordinating site-based equipment maintenance projects, including job packet requirements, following job scope and critical path. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and the ability to work in remote areas and unsupervised.
