Job Description

We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to assess situations and escalate matters appropriately.

The role involves supporting the administration of leadership development workshops, managing the L&D helpdesk, and tracking accreditation and compliance training. You'll also provide administrative support to HR Business Partners and Advisors across multiple regions.

Requirements
  • Degree in HR or similar.
  • 1-2 years previous HR experience.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in drafting employment documents and letters from scratch.
