About the Role

We are looking for a skilled team member to join our store. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality in our store.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic, and pace-driven with excellent communication skills. They should be knowledgeable about products and able to answer customer queries efficiently.

In this role, you will work actively on your feet for long periods, performing moderate to heavy lifting and reaching as required. You will also be expected to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing inventory tasks and restocking shelves to ensure excellent customer service
  • Providing great customer experiences by being responsive, proactive, and efficient
  • Being knowledgeable about products and able to answer customer queries
  • Working actively, on your feet for long periods, and performing moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
  • Working flexible hours across our store trading days (including weekends)
