Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Vocational Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality accredited industry-based training in one or more of the following areas: Retail, Business, Community Services or Hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering both face-to-face and virtual classroom sessions using MS Teams or similar video conferencing platforms. They will also have strong working knowledge of ASQA Framework and Standards for RTOs, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will work closely with our Employment Consultants and Recruiters to identify skills gaps and provide effective feedback on job seeker progress to support employment outcomes. You will also be required to travel to various locations within the Hunter Region, so a valid driver's license is essential.

  • Experience in delivering quality accredited industry-based training
  • Strong working knowledge of ASQA Framework and Standards for RTOs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
