This role involves working closely with operational contract managers to analyze performance data, track compliance against SLAs, and support governance processes. You will be responsible for implementing vendor governance processes, managing performance tracking, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Governance: Develop and implement vendor governance processes to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Contract Management: Maintain contract repositories, track spend, and manage key commercial documentation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and contract managers to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and performance gaps, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, contract/vendor governance, or commercial management.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier management, SLAs, and performance tracking in large-scale outsourced environments.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and financial tracking for contract management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting platforms.
