We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement resident care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Lead a team of Personal Care Workers and provide supervision and support as needed
- Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to advocate for clients' quality of life
- Practice in a holistic way, using critical decision-making skills to lead the team
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
