Environmental Professional

We are seeking an experienced and passionate environmental professional to join our team as an Environmental Officer. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make a difference in the environment and work with a supportive team.

About the Role:

  • Deliver environmental construction projects, maintenance programs & consultancy work including river restoration and conservation earthworks, recreational and fire trail maintenance/construction, coastal erosion management, flood mitigation works and contaminated lands rehab.
  • Work in a competitive commercial environment to deliver annual operational revenue targets.
  • Manage day-to-day onsite operations of environmental construction and maintenance projects and programs.

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to assess and prioritise tasks in a changing environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in Environmental Management, Engineering or construction management, Natural Resource Management, and/or Project Management.
  • A current Class C Drivers' License.
  • Ability to travel for work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in environmental consulting or project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
