Role Overview

As a Cafe Attendant at a high-volume food and beverage establishment, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch service to customers by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and serving food and beverages promptly.
  • Prepare and present our delicious chocolate products to a high standard, adhering to presentation guidelines and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our Chocolateria, including floors, counters, and equipment, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards are met, adhering to company policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

  • Has experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Can multitask and maintain attention to detail, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Excels in customer-facing roles and is comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments and is adaptable to changing situations and priorities.
  • Is available to work across a 7-day roster, including late nights and early mornings, and can commit to working at least 2 late nights a week (11:30pm on weekdays).
