Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatch Production Hand.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless raw material and packaging flow to our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with production schedules to manage SAP pull lists and packaging materials.
  • Unload, stage, and label packaging materials, guaranteeing traceability and FIFO rotation.
  • Record goods movements and stock transfers in SAP, including inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized staging area, including handling leftover pallets.
  • Support audit readiness through documentation, inspections, and assisting auditors.
  • Perform routine tasks such as forklift checks, cleaning, and stocktake support.
Requirements:
  • A valid forklift ticket is required.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse environments.
  • Proficiency in SAP and inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach to safety and teamwork.
