Store Operations Leader

This role involves leading a team and overseeing daily store operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Opening and closing the store, supervising shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Providing constructive feedback to team members, assisting in their training and onboarding process.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Managing inventory levels, ensuring shelves are stocked with products for our customers.

As a Store Operations Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving work quality and efficiency. You will communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, demonstrating professionalism, fairness and responsibility in every interaction.

You will need to manage your workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. A positive attitude, strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
