Job Description:

This role plays a vital part in managing our business portfolio, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and meeting key performance targets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell NCI services, and responding promptly to client inquiries with expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and meet renewal targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Provide timely and informed advice to clients regarding NCI's products and services.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations to enhance client understanding and engagement.
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and insurers, advocating effectively on their behalf.
  • Evaluate client needs and risk profiles to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio, aligning additional NCI services to meet client needs.
Requirements:
  • A background in client service or customer retention, preferably in the insurance/finance sector or a related field.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence working in a business-to-business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and/or trade credit principles, along with well-organized skills and self-motivation.
  • Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
