  • The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical or Avionics), or have the ability to successfully transfer their qualifications through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process.
  • Previous experience working directly with engines, particularly with CF6-80E1, CF6-80C2, and CFM56-7, is highly advantageous.
  • Aircraft maintenance trade experience in an engine shop environment is essential.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and resources, contributing to the safe maintenance of Qantas' fleet and aircraft for our customers across the Asia-Pacific region.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Removing and installing Quick Engine Change (QEC) and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs)
  • Performing full borescope inspections of engines and Auxiliary Power Units (APUs)
  • Removing, inspecting, and installing fan blades
