About the Client

Our client is a renowned property styling company with over 12 years of experience in delivering exceptional results.

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of our inventory and logistics operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock, furniture maintenance, and a team of removalists while coordinating closely with our Head Stylist and Floral department to ensure seamless installation and pick-up processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Ensure accurate and efficient management of stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing.
  • Furniture Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of furniture to ensure it remains in excellent condition.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of removalists to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Delivery Scheduling: Coordinate delivery schedules to meet tight deadlines and ensure timely arrival of goods.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Inventory System Implementation: Implement an inventory system to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stocktake Coordination: Coordinate stocktakes to ensure accurate counts and minimal discrepancies.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on stock levels, team performance, and other key metrics.
  • WHS: Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
