About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team at Talent Web. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, preparation, and reporting of all accounting and financial data for the organisation.

You will be working closely with a small team, including a CFO and CEO, to ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess key business factors such as revenue, costs, and the growth of assets and liabilities.
  • Refine the budget process and enhance monitoring of financial performance.
  • Conduct financial planning and develop accurate forecasts.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and the company's payroll system.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold strong financial control practices and maintain awareness of potential risks.
  • Deliver detailed financial reports and insights to the leadership team.
Requirements
  • Experience working within e-commerce (highly desirable)
  • Experience working in mainland China (highly desirable)
  • CPA Membership (highly desirable)
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with systems including MYOC, Xero, Quickbook
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment
