Experienced Painting Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced painting supervisor to lead our team of field-based staff in the execution of various industrial painting and remedial services projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade or engineering, with NACE 1 or 2 certification in protective coatings and extensive experience in painting and blasting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise and coordinate field-based staff to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
  • Maintain quality standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Trade or Engineering qualification
  • NACE 1 or 2 Certified in protective coatings
  • Extensive experience in painting and blasting projects
  • Experience in quality control management

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (pro rata)
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Overtime pay
