We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at the Airport West branch. As part of our Trade Counter team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product information to plumbers and other tradespeople.

A typical day involves:

- Providing customer service and information about products
- Assisting with quotes, pick packing, and stock control activities
- Maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment
- Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Clean, valid driver's license and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
