Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Programmed. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the Engineering, Technical, and Office Support sectors.
Your primary focus will be on building relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing them with exceptional recruitment services. You will also be responsible for managing a desk of temporary candidates, advertising job vacancies, and conducting interviews to find the best fit for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Dealing with existing clients' staffing requirements and prospecting for new business
- Liaising directly with hiring managers regarding job vacancies
- Advertising, sourcing candidates via various avenues, including job boards, social media, and our database
- Looking after pre-employment checks, such as reference checking and work rights checks
- Visiting client sites and meeting with hiring managers and on-site employees
- Post-placement care of on-site employees
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in a previous recruitment role or a similar discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize your work
