About Aphex

We're a construction technology company on a mission to improve the planning process for infrastructure projects.

Our platform allows teams to collaborate and communicate in real-time, reducing the need for manual processes and increasing productivity.

We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, working closely with our UX team to guide product evolution and provide support to our users.

As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for documenting feature requests, analyzing session data, and solving problems in live chat.

You'll have the opportunity to work with our UX team to guide product evolution and contribute to the development of new features.

  • Some knowledge of construction is a bonus, but we're looking for someone who is eager to learn.
