Job Opportunity

A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Planning Consultant to drive strategic cloud planning and budgeting transformations.

This role requires a seasoned Oracle Planning Cloud specialist with a minimum of two full lifecycle planning projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading flagship Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) implementations end-to-end.
  • Delivering business-critical planning solutions, working closely with finance teams on driver-based planning, workforce and CapEx planning, management reporting, and forecast cycles.
  • Implementing smart automations using Smart View, Data Management, Groovy rules, and EPM Automate.
  • Owning client relationships, managing expectations, facilitating design workshops, delivering training, and guiding clients through quarterly patch updates.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Hands-on expertise in model design, form creation, calculations, allocation logic, Smart View, and Data Management.
  • Proven ability to design integrated planning solutions that connect to source ERP data and other EPM modules.
  • Strong communication skills, building trust with finance stakeholders, running engaging workshops, and delivering clear documentation.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple planning workstreams in a dynamic cloud environment.
