The Role

We're hiring for a Checkout Assistant to join our team in the Checkouts and Assisted Checkouts area. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for scanning items, processing payments, and engaging with our customers to provide a seamless shopping experience.

About You

  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • To be knowledgeable and able to answer customer queries with confidence
  • To be active and able to work on your feet for long periods, with some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching required
  • The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
