About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at LiveBig in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical supports to individuals with disability in home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, intervention, reporting, therapy planning, and clinical recommendations within the scope of your clinical discipline.
  • Work with a diverse caseload, including children and adults with disability, in home and community settings such as schools and group homes.
  • Collaborate with our experienced team to provide comprehensive support to individuals with disability.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to promote independence, participation, and quality of life.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to therapy plans to ensure ongoing support and progress.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with people with disability, preferably in the NDIS or disability sector.
  • Paediatric experience and/or mental health experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills and organisational skills.
  • IT skills at an intermediate level, including computer and mobile, and a willingness to embrace new technology.
  • A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home.
