Job Overview

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Leasing Property Manager to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, managing property listings, and ensuring the seamless operation of our leasing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct open houses and private inspections to showcase properties to potential clients
  • Process rental applications, performing thorough background checks and credit assessments as needed
  • Perform ingoing and outgoing property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Conduct routine property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues
  • Liaise effectively with tenants and property owners to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Facilitate lease signings, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the agreement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 months experience in a similar role, preferably in property management
  • Certificate of Registration (COR) required for this position
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
