Our Toowoomba Service Centre is seeking a motivated and mechanically-minded individual to join as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter.

This role offers on-the-job learning and support, with the opportunity to complete a full qualification within 3-4 years from our Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

As an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter, you will:

  • Undertake the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program
  • Develop skills in windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Learn how to undertake glass chip repairs
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a professional service standard

We are looking for applicants who:

  • Have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn the trade
  • Can communicate effectively with customers and sell company products
  • Have a passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • Hold a valid driver's licence (automatic and manual vehicles)
