About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our Property team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and finalisation of legal documents, managing files, mail merging documents, diary management, and answering phone calls and client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and finalisation of legal documents
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files
  • Mail merge documents and formatting as required
  • Diary management to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to possess good organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Skills:
  • Previous experience working in a law firm, preferably in a Property law environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
