About the Role

We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, and we are looking for a dedicated Support Professional to join our team at CPL. As a Support Professional, you will be an integral part of the lives of people of all ages and backgrounds, providing support on matters of personal care, administering medications, and assisting with domestic duties and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing, and more
  • Administer medications as required
  • Assist with transferring individuals using hoists and slide sheets, and general assistance with mobility
  • Perform domestic duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients to community activities, such as doctors appointments, grocery shopping, and social or recreational events

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and provide care with dignity and sensitivity

  • Above award minimum pay level of $33.01/hr at Level 1.1 for those entering the industry

Please note that you will be required to hold current First Aid and CPR certificates, a Blue Card (Working with Children Card), and a NDIS Worker Screening Check (Working with Individuals with Disabilities, formerly a Yellow Card). CPL are happy to assist in obtaining these necessary checks if you are successful.
