As a Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Marketing Cloud platform to meet the varied requirements of our international marketing teams. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with different departments to design, implement, and enhance marketing solutions that elevate our brand presence. This encompasses refining marketing workflows, automating campaigns, and utilizing advanced MarTech tools to drive revenue growth. You will be instrumental in fostering innovation and maximizing the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration & Development:

  • Oversee the global Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and ensure data security
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, best practices, and troubleshooting
  • Document requirements and modifications

Integration Management:

  • Utilize APIs (REST / SOAP) for development and testing
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other marketing technology and analytics platforms
  • Ensure smooth data flow for analysis and reporting
  • Conduct data configuration, manipulation, and segmentation
  • Write and test SQL, SSJS, and AMPscripting

Marketing Automation & Personalization:

  • Design, implement, and optimize automated marketing initiatives
  • Create Personalization Templates and Advanced Segmentation strategies
  • Provide expertise in SQL, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages
  • Leverage Einstein for enhanced outcomes

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about Salesforce Marketing Cloud features
  • Optimize systems and enhancements
  • Collect feedback to improve user adoption

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a developer in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certifications
  • Administrator certification is highly desirable (Salesforce Certified Administrator)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment
