We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Estimator to join our dynamic Estimating Teams in our state-of-the-art Robina office.

This role involves working closely with the Sales Estimating Team Leader and other internal stakeholders to produce sales estimates that meet customer requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Produce sales estimates that incorporate Standard options, Nonstandard variations, Foundation and footing requirements, Inclusions to achieve required siting and Regulatory requirements.
  2. Ensure that all requirements described in engineer's reports are incorporated into Preliminary Contracts and Contract documents.
  3. Follow company checklists to capture and process all information required to determine fixed site costs.
  4. Sales estimates must be produced to support the following stages of the workflow process to reflect customer requirements and incorporate amendments required to obtain all relevant permits related to Preliminary Contracts (including amendments), Customer Selections, Contracts (including amendments) and Post contract variations.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience working with an Australian Residential builder as either a Sales or Production Estimator.
  2. A working knowledge of the building and construction industry.
  3. An Associate Diploma in Building Construction or equivalent construction knowledge (preferred).
  4. Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and proven experience in estimating.
  5. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
