At Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Primary Health Care Specialist to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a medical professional to work in a culturally responsive environment and make a real difference in the health outcomes of our community.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality clinical services to our clients in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive health care services.
- Provide expert medical advice and leadership to our clinical team.
- Support the professional development of our health staff and facilitate educational needs.
- Participate in key client and public health events and provide advice on related matters.
Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation is a community-controlled organization committed to achieving health equity for Aboriginal people in the Barkly region. We employ over 100 people across a range of roles and are dedicated to providing excellent health services to our community.
About You- You will have demonstrated experience in delivering primary health care services, preferably in an Aboriginal community.
- You will be an accredited GP registrar supervisor and have current or eligible registration with AHPRA as a Medical Officer in General Practice.
- You will have recognized clinical experience and/or postgraduate qualifications.
- You will demonstrate respect for and responsiveness to Aboriginal culture and protocols.
- You will hold a current driver's license, OCHRE Card, and current valid police check.
