This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and effective patient-centred nursing care to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to patients with complex needs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report on patient progress and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse - Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
  • Recent experience working in an acute care environment
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills, verbal and written
  • Demonstrated understanding of the principles of Occupational Health & Safety in the workplace
  • Able to perform effectively as a team member
