Christmas Sales Assistant Job

Working as a Christmas sales assistant is an ideal opportunity for anyone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.   • Create a seamless experience with every customer interaction by providing styling advice and support in fitting rooms, processing transactions on the point-of-sale system, and maintaining presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas sales assistant. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced sales team and learn from their knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of personal style, and be able to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service. They will also have a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work and be able to work well under pressure.

In addition to your sales and customer service skills, we are looking for someone who is proactive, has a keen eye for detail, and is able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to be flexible and willing to work extended trade hours, weekends, and public holidays during the Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
  • Process transactions on the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning.
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong sense of personal style and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work extended trade hours, weekends, and public holidays during the Christmas period.
