Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team, focusing on improving the quality of life for our elderly residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with the creativity to develop and implement effective programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored physiotherapy services that address the unique needs of each resident, adhering to best practice standards.
• Respond promptly to client referrals and ensure timely follow-ups are conducted.
• Maintain clear communication with all relevant parties, including accurate documentation of hours, scheduling, and timesheets.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' care, goals, mobility, pain management, and safety measures, ensuring thorough documentation of these evaluations.
• Engage professionally with residents, referrers, and care staff to guarantee an appropriate level of care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and staff discussions as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in Australia
• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• NDIS Workers Screening & Orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the aged care sector
• Familiarity with the AN-ACC tool and AACQA standards

Additional Information: As part of the onboarding process, candidates will be required to undergo a NDIS Check and Police Check.
