Job Title: Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver our workplace health programs in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with various clients, providing injury prevention, health assessments, and wellness initiatives.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide health coaching and mentoring services to employees
  • Facilitate health promotion and toolbox talks to large and small groups
  • Conduct employee health checks, including blood tests, blood pressure checks, and disease risk screenings
  • Develop and deliver musculoskeletal conditioning programs
  • Conduct injury prevention and manual handling workshops

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Science, Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Occupational Health
  • Relevant accreditation with governing bodies (e.g., ESSA, APHRA) desirable
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • A current Driver's license
  • COVID vaccination status
  • Ability to undertake a Police check
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks

Work Environment

Our clients are located across Perth, and travel is reimbursed on a per kilometre basis. This is a permanent part-time role, with most work taking place during the week. Occasionally, weekend work may be required.
